MOLECULAR SIEVE 5A
MOLECULAR SIEVE 5A, also named zeolite 5A, is a calcium based type A zeolite. In addition to the functions of 3A and 4A molecular sieves, it can also adsorb C3-C4 normal alkanes, ethyl chloride, ethyl bromide, butanol,and any molecules smaller than 5 angstroms in diameter. Based on its high selective adsorption and fast adsorption speed, molecular sieve 5A is especially suitable for pressure swing adsorption for oxygen and hydrogen production. In order to better exert the adsorption performance of molecular sieve 5A, it is often made into a spherical or pellet (extrudate) shape.
APPLICATION
- Natural gas drying, desulfurization, and carbon dioxide removal
- Separation of nitrogen and oxygen to produce oxygen
- Separation of nitrogen and hydrogenproduce to produce hydrogen
- Petroleum dewaxing, separation of normal hydrocarbons from branched hydrocarbons and cyclic hydrocarbons
STORAGE & PACKAGE
STORAGE: It is better to be stored at room temperature. Do not expose to the air directly and avoid water, acid and alkali.
PACKAGE: 25 kg/drum, 150 kg/drum, super bag as per requirement.
